As I Rise To Walk With Him

Key of D · 103 BPM · 4/4 · Praise · John 12:24

Verse 1

Except a seed be returned to the earth,
There to die to itself,
And yet to find its rebirth,
So I now testify
I am born from above,
Trusting in the Savior's love!

Chorus

As I die (as I die) to my sin (to my sin)
I am raised unto life everlasting with Him.
Praise the Lord for His love
Shining down from above
As I rise to walk with Him.

Verse 2

No more a slave to the sin that I knew,
For the Lord's cleansing power
Now has made all things new.
Washed away is the old
By the blood of the Lamb;
By His grace alone I stand!
(Repeat Chorus)
As I die (as I die) to my sin (to my sin)
I am raised unto life everlasting with Him.
Praise the Lord for His love
Shining down from above
As I rise to walk with Him.
(Banjo and fiddle solo)
(Repeat Chorus)
As I die (as I die) to my sin (to my sin)
I am raised unto life everlasting with Him.
Praise the Lord for His love
Shining down from above
As I rise to walk with Him.
